The Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC) is one of the most unique facilities of its kind in the U.S. TPAC is home to three beautiful spaces with multiple, state-of-the art capabilities. James K. Polk Theater is an amazingly intimate proscenium theater for its size, with a maximum seating capacity of 1,075, including 44 pit seats. It’s special design features allow for interaction between artists and audience.

Accessibility Information

TPAC is an accessible facility with a variety of services including wheelchair accommodations, accessible parking, and assistive listening devices. Open captioning, American Sign Language, audio description, and large print and Braille programs are offered at the Sunday matinee performance of each Broadway series production and Broadway special engagement.
